Priority of the group is to track student progress with data being collected in progressCommunication will take place through the website – monthly SLC meetingsThis will be an ongoing process and a review at the end of each semester will be required. 

The next step for the group is to evaluate data as a group and decide when intervention is needed and when (i.e. homeroom)

Work on a team with counselor and dean to develop a comprehensive academic and behavioral intervention plan for student in the SLC. Coordinate SLC interventions.
Work on a plan for advisory board.
Develop a plan for SLC personalization. 
Develop secondary plan and a post secondary plan for each student in your SLC.

Notes from 10-5-2006 Coordinators meeting:
Student Intervention Team 

Work with 4 to 5 students a week to work with – grades, credits etc.

Examine and then set up interventions for those kids.

 

Make forms for referring these students to the Intervention Team

Not just behavior but poor work or progress

We can use the parent center w/Carlos

We can refer students to them

Use Parent Center on list of possible interventions
