Congratulations to the Girls Tennis Team for a dominating effort in a friendly scrimmage on
Monday vs. Palos Verdes, as the Lady Pilots won 10 of the 12 matches played. In singles, the Pilots took 3 of 4, with Darla
Romo leading the way in an 8-0 shutout, while Ingrid Escarrega fell just short of doing the same. In doubles, the Pilots
took 7 of 8 matches there with both Dahlia Castillo & Jazmin Cuevas, as well as Juana Gonzalez & Vanessa Nunez holding
their opponents to just 1 game. Great job Pilots & good luck as the team returns to league play on Wednesday vs.
