Congratulations to the Lady Pilots Tennis Team for their 2nd consecutive 7-0
shutout. Not only did the Pilots defeat a co-ed Centennial team, but they outscored the Apaches 56 games to only 1.
In singles, Darla Romo was first off court in what turned into a singles rout in favor of the Pilots. In doubles, 2
of the 3 matches were also shutouts, with the 3rd falling just shy of the same. In JV/Exhibition action, Francheska
Kosonoy & Stacey Negrete shutout their varsity opponents, while Emily Garcia & Evelyn Lagunas were the story of the
day. The only Pilots to face all-male opponents, Garcia & Lagunas trailed 0-3 before reeling off 6 games in a row
