Pilots Ground the Eagles in Dominant Fashion...

Congratulations to the Boys Tennis Team for a dominant 6-1 victory over Bell.  In doubles, the Pilots swept all 3 matches, outscoring the Eagles 36 games to only 11, led by Fernando Corona & Omar Renteria's 6-1, 6-1 drubbing of their opponents.  In singles, the Pilots took 3 of 4 matches as Jorge Zavala eeked out the 1st-set tie-break en route to winning in straight sets, while Jonathan Guray produced the most dominant win of the day, including a 6-0 2nd-set shutout.  In JV/Exhibition action, the Pilots took all 4 matches played including an impressive 8-2 win by Josias Rabanales & Eli Villareal over two varsity opponents.  Great Job Pilots & Good Luck vs. South East High on Friday!
