Pilots Deny the Olympians...

Congratulations to the Lady Pilots Tennis Team for their close 4-3 win over Leuzinger on Monday.  In singles, the Pilots dominated the 3 matches they won, producing three 8-0 shutouts, while just missing out on sweeping all four matches.  In doubles, the Pilots struggled vs. the Olympians' top 2 pairs, yet Vanessa Jaramillo & Evelyn Lagunas pulled out a great 8-4 win, to clinch the team victory for the Pilots.  In JV/Exhibition action, Jazmin Cuevas & Emily Garcia impressed, as they forced a tie-break vs. Leuzinger's #2 & #3 Varsity singles players.  Great job Pilots & good luck vs. Crenshaw on Thursday!
