Pilots Outlast the Lancers in Tighter-Than-Expected Match, Advance to Quarterfinals...

Congratulations t the Boys Tennis Team for their win over Grant in the CIF LA City Section Division 2 Team Playoffs on Monday.  In singles, the Pilots took 10 of the 16 matches, including 3 each by Chris Leon & Julian Frausto, with two 6-0 shutouts from Frausto.  In doubles, the Pilots lost all 3 tie-break sets played, but still managed to win 5 of the 9 matches there.  In JV/Exhibition action, the Pilots both doubles matches, with Isidro Aguilar & Daniel Gudino producing the 6-0, 6-0 shutout.  Great job Pilots, and good luck in the Quarterfinals vs. South East on Wednesday!
