Congratulations to the Lady Pilots Tennis Team for a great effort during Monday's match vs. Carson.
In singles, the Pilots took 13 games, and in doubles did the same, improving the overall team scores, by more than doubling
the amount of games they won during the season's 1st matchup agains the Colts. The standouts of the day were Marivi Angel
& Brenda Torres who took 6 games each in their singles matches, while in doubles Elaine Gomez & Paloma Granados took
4 more games than they did the 1st time around. In JV/Exhibition action, the Pilots actually took 2 matches as Ochoa/Salazar,
as well as Escarrega/Garcia both won 6-3. Great job Pilots & good luck in the team's last regular-season road game
at Gardena on Wednesday!
