Washington
Congratulations to the Boys Tennis Team for completing another dominant season
sweep over Washington on Thursday. Not only did the Pilots win all 7 matches yet again, but they also outscored the
Generals, 84 games to 4. Of note, Senior and 1st-Year player, Javier Gonzalez made his varsity debut and shutout
his opponent. In JV/Exhibition action, the Pilots also won all of their matches versus Washington's varsity
starters, outscoring them 32 games to 2. The victory now extends the Pilots' win streak over the Generals to at least
20-0, going back to 2004, and puts the Pilots in prime position to make a run at earning a playoff spot as the team closes
out the regular season next week vs. Carson & Gardena. Great Job & Good Luck Pilots!
