Congratulations to the Lady Pilots Tennis Team for completing their
3rd season-series sweep of the year after a dramatic 4-3 win vs. Rancho Dominguez on Monday! In singles,
Natalie Martinez & Sabrina Serrano dominated their matches, winning 8-1 & 8-2 respectively. In doubles, Marivi
Angel & Brenda Torres squeaked out an incredibly close match, decided in the tie-break, to set up the dramatics of the
last match on court. With the overall team score tied at 3-all, Leslie Leon & Natalia Vasquez quickly jumped out
to a 6-1 lead before closing it out at 8-3 for the win. In JV/Exhibition action, Alondra Gudino & Caroline Ortiz
also won 6-1. Great Job Pilots & Good Luck vs. Carson on Wednesday's Senior Day in the team's home finale.
